ChannelGrabber, the leading provider of multi-channel ecommerce software announces the rebranding their OrderHub subsidiary as “ChannelGrabber” to align it with their corporate identity creating a single company and product brand.
ChannelGrabber CEO, Mike Morgan explained “Our customers have told us that whilst they value the order management capabilities of OrderHub, they value many of its other features equally or to an even greater extent and we concluded that “ChannelGrabber” better captures the breadth of multi-channel ecommerce features our products offer. But this is not simply a change of name."
"As a company, ChannelGrabber will combine all of our resources to develop, support and market the world’s leading ecommerce technology and draw upon the many years of experience of our teams from both companies to bring our customers world class products and first class service.”
ChannelGrabber’s Technical Director, Nick Peirson added, “We developed OrderHub as our next generation product combining listings, order management, inventory management, billing, shipping and messaging on a single platform. Bringing together both companies and products behind the strong ChannelGrabber brand will enable us to reach more new customers and facilitate an easy transition for existing customers to our new technology.”
Mike Morgan concluded, “Although the company will change its name, it will not change its commitments to quality and innovation and our headquarters and contact details will remain unchanged. This is a significant and exciting new phase in ChannelGrabber’s evolution and will provide us with a firm foundation for growth and international expansion.”
